For Immediate Release Service customers will enter through two covered, drive through lanes for initial write-up and QuickServe diagnostics. Inside the branch a comfortable customer lounge caters to those waiting for their work to be completed. The expanded service department leverages nine extra wide bays, premium lighting, and an overhead bridge-crane system. Customers will also benefit from expanded secure parking behind the facility. This facility will also provide Coach Care, bumper to bumper RV service capabilities, making CPS Savannah one of now seven Coach Care branches in the Cummins Power South network and part of the nationwide Cummins Coach Care network of full RV support. For RV customers additional amenities such as dump stations, overnight electrical & water hook-ups and lighting are available. Behind the scenes, our Savannah facility boasts a larger parts warehouse, state-of-the-art "closed loop" water treatment facilities, and expanded training capabilities for our employees. Cummins Power South invested in this larger, convenient facility to better serve this region and continue to build responsive customer support. The CPS Savannah new location and facility follows a similar investment and improvement in the Cummins Power South Augusta location, which opened its greatly expanded facility in the second half of 2007. ATLANTA (Feb. 23, 2009) — Cummins Power South welcomes engine, generator and RV customers at a new, bigger facility, at a new location, to serve the Savannah / southwestern South Carolina region. This facility is conveniently located south of Georgia exit 109 on I-95 at 5534 Augusta Road (Hwy 21), and is three-times larger than its predecessor. Additionally, this service center is adjacent to the Bourne Avenue (Hwy 307) Port of Savannah entrance.
