Every location maintains a full inventory of Genuine Cummins new and ReCon^® parts, and has access to virtually every part for over 8 million Cummins engines. Plus, every job is fully warranted and backed by the largest authorized service network worldwide.

QuickServe In-Shop.
When you bring your equipment to an authorized Cummins QuickServe facility, our goal is to complete every repair job with a Standard Repair Time (SRT) of 4 hours or less within 24 hours.

QuickServe On-Site
When you can't bring your equipment to us, we bring QuickServe to you. Within 4 hours of your call, we'll have a QuickServe truck and certified Cummins technician dispatched to your location. We'll arrive with the diagnostic tools, repair equipment and Genuine Cummins new and ReCon parts to repair most equipment problems on the spot. In fact, the majority of on-site repairs are completed within 24 hours of the initial call.

Generator Service
We provide 24 hour a day / 7 day a week standby generator service. When your generator is needed, we are available to get it back running. Planned maintenance service contracts are also available to help prevent emergency calls.

Cummins Power South is also able to service Cummins Onan marine gensets on-site, as well as RV and portable generators at our Service Centers.

Coach Care
There are seven Cummins Power South Coach Care Service Centers providing bumper-to-bumper service exclusively for motor homes. For chassis work, maintenance, appliance repairs and everything in between, we provide professional service in a friendly, no-hassle atmosphere. Our Coach Care locations (Augusta, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando and Tampa) are conveniently situated near major highways in Florida and Georgia.

Voith Transmissions
Cummins Power South is a certified Voith Warranty Center. We are capable of providing planned maintenance ("soft rebuild"), catastrophic maintenance (complete rebuild), exchanges along with Voith warranty service. We also will service Voith transmissions removed at your facility as well as provide service for your fleet. When necessary, customers can ship transmissions to our Tampa Service Center, which is where our Voith Rebuild Center is located. Autocar
With six authorized Autocar Warranty Repair and Service Centers, Cummins Power South provides bumper-to-bumper service capabilities. Our AutoCar locations (Augusta, Atlanta, Chattanooga, Jacksonville, Ocala and Savannah) are conveniently located near major highways in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
