It starts with accurate trouble shooting, without which, no repair can possibly be performed accurately. Once complete, every effort will be made to communicate your engine failure analysis in detail, discuss your repair options, and provide a quote before the first wrench is turned. When the work is completed, you will be presented with a fair and honest bill.
In today’s highly competitive environment, we recognize you have choices. In order to earn and maintain your business, you must be completely satisfied, not only with the repair itself, but with your entire visit here. If for any reason you feel we have not delivered on this commitment, please speak with the Service Advisor managing your repair.
If you are still not completely satisfied, please speak with a Service Manager. They will personally address your concerns, and if necessary, escalate your grievance to our Executive Complaint Team. In the unlikely event a resolution still cannot be met, they will engage the Factory’s (Cummins Inc.) Customer Support Mediation Group and will honor whatever recommendation is made.
